I led the strategy, design, and implementation of email marketing for AeroPress, focusing on both campaigns and automated flows. I developed each initiative based on campaign goals and user intent—defining structure, messaging, and visual direction to create a cohesive and engaging experience.
The result is a balanced solution where brand and functionality evolve together delivering a modern, cohesive experience that not only elevates Fianzacrédito’s image, but also meaningfully improves the way users engage with it.
The system structure was optimized, improving navigation across different user types and services, resulting in a more efficient experience.
Alongside the website, I supported email marketing designing emails to elevate their presence and help expand the brand’s reach and maintain consistency across channels.
The result were worked as a key tool to help connect experience that strengthens how users interact with the brand, and keep their presence in potential customers.
I learned how aligning visual storytelling with the product’s value can create a stronger emotional connection, also reinforced the importance of clear content structure to help users better understand and explore the products. I saw how maintaining consistency across web, email, and social channels strengthens brand perception and trust.
