I led the strategy, design, and implementation of email marketing for AeroPress, focusing on both campaigns and automated flows. I developed each initiative based on campaign goals and user intent—defining structure, messaging, and visual direction to create a cohesive and engaging experience.
The result is a balanced solution where brand and functionality evolve together delivering a modern, cohesive experience that not only elevates Fianzacrédito’s image, but also meaningfully improves the way users engage with it.
The system structure was optimized, improving navigation across different user types and services, resulting in a more efficient experience.
I worked on email development and execution strategies for Habibi NY emails, focusing on both automated flows and campaigns performance. Based on campaign briefings, I led the strategic approach for each email structure, messaging, and user intent, while also designing the final visual pieces.
I managed key flows and campaigns with a focus on improving engagement and CTR, ensuring each design felt consistent with the brand and relevant to the audience. In collaboration with the team, I supported the integration of emails in Klaviyo and participated in testing processes to optimize performance and functionality.
Alongside email marketing, I also designed social media assets to maintain a cohesive visual presence across channels, reinforcing the brand’s identity and communication. I also leveraged AI-assisted visuals to efficiently create on-brand product imagery for campaigns and launches.
